Ingredients

  • 1 Bone in Butt Ham 6 to 7 lbs.
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup spicy mustard
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 3 Tbsp Horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients except ham. Place ham and marinade in a large bag and marinate for 24 hours.
Pour off most of the marinade. Leave some in pan, ham will make broth with the marinade. Bake 350- 15 to 20 minutes per pound.
