  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 24 peeled prawns, tails-off
  • 250 g spaghetti
  • Pinch basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling water.
In a seperate saucepan, heat the oil and saute' onion and garlic then add cherry tomatoes.
After 5-10 minutes, add prawns.
Cook until prawns become pink and begin to curl.
Add basil, salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked spaghetti and mix well.
