Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 small strawberry jello
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 cup + 2Tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 Tbsp cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Make crust first. Roll between two pieces if wax paper.
Put in pie pan and bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool before filling.
Pie:
In pan put jello put first three ingredients. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Mix cold water and corn starch and add to above mixture and boil until clear.
Cool. When cool, add 2 quarts strawberries and put into cooled pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving with Cool Whip
