Ingredients
- 2 vanilla pudding snack cups (3 1/2 oz each)
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 2 T. flaked coconut
- 2 t. butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Spoon pudding into two 6 oz. ramekins or custard cups. Combine the brown sugar, coconut and butter; sprinkle over pudding. Broil 5 - 6 inches from the heat for 2 - 3 minutes or until topping is bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm.
