Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter or margarine softened
  • 1 8 oz pack cream cheese softened
  • 1 14 oz can eagle brand sweetened condensed (low fat) milk
  • 1/2 cup real lemon juice from concentrate
  • 1 16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

With mixer beat flour, oats, 3/4 cup sugar and butter until crumbly. Set aside 1 1/2 cup of mixture. Press remaining mix on the bottom of greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes until light brown.

With mixer beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in eagle brand until smooth. Stir in real lemon. Spread over baked crust. Combine cranberry sauce, cornstarch, and remaining 1 tbsp sugar. Spoon over cheese layer. Top with reserved brumb mixture. Bake 45 minutes until golden.

Cool and cut into squares.

Serve warm, top with ice cream.
