Ingredients
- Season with:
- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1 cup small bread croutons
- 6 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- sugar, pepper, dry mustard, tarragon
- Dash of tabasco, worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1 raw egg

Step 1
Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
In a large salad bowl add romaine lettuce and top with croutons, bacon and parmesan cheese.
Blend together:
salad oil, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, pepper, dry mustard, tarragon, parsley, garllic and egg.
Add a dash of tobasco sauce and worchestershire sauce.
Refrigerate until serving time.
