Ingredients

  • 1 st layer
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 2 nd layer
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 of 9 oz cool whip
  • 3 rd layer
  • 2 small pkgs instant pistachio or lemon pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 th layer
  • Rest of cool whip
  • nuts
  • grated chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

1st Layer
Mix flour, margarine, sugar and nuts. Press in a 9x12 pan and bake at 375 for 15 minutes and cool.
2nd Layer
Bake cream cheese and sugar. Stir in cool whip and spread on 1st layer.
3rd Layer
Mix pudding and milk until thick. Spread on 2nd Layer.
4th Layer
Spread rest of cool whip on third layer. Sprinkle on grated nuts and grated chocolate.
Store in refrigerator.
