Ingredients

  • **Pork Tenderloin:
  • A touch of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • some chopped ginger
  • **Flank Steak:
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Canola oil
  • Some ginger

Preparation

Step 1

1. Marinade for 1 hour.
2. Grill the pork on a grill – and in a sauce pan reduce the marinade by half – use this reduction to continue brushing the pork with while it’s grilling.

1. Cut the steak really thin, against the grain of the meat and marinade it for 20 mins
2. In a wok – on really high heat – add some ginger, once the ginger has browned lightly, add the steak. Sautee until beef is cooked.
3. **For the Flank Steak sauce**: 1 tsp chili sauce; 1 tablespoon Hosni sauce; 1 tablespoon honey; 1 tablespoon soy sauce; 1 tablespoon sherry wine; ¼ c tangerine juice – pour the sauce into the wok and deglaze and reduce with the beef.
4. **Fried Rice** Chop some carrots, celery, red and yellow peppers, cabbage and snap peas, onions, garlic and ginger – in a wok on high heat – add a bit of canola oil, sauté the veggie for a few minutes then add some cold rice and continue sautéing – add a bit of soya sauce and s & p to taste.
