Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 8 oz. Italian sausage, casing removed
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups bagged coleslaw mix
- 1 tea. cumin
- 1 can small red beans, rinsed
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 2 cups salsa, preferably purchased fresh

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil and add sausage, cook, breaking up clumps, until no longer pink.
Add broth, coleslaw mix and cumin. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes to blend flavors. Add beans and salsa; heat through.
