Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 tea. baking powder
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups corn kernels
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 tea. cayenne

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in corn.
Bake in a preheated waffle iron until golden brown.
Meanwhile, combine syrup and cayenne. Server with waffles
