Ingredients
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 2 lb. crawfish
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
Saute margarine with onion and bell pepper. Add crawfish. Cook. Add soup and 2 cans of water. Cook. Add rice. Makes 2 casseroles. Top with bread crums and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
