Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- Panko bread crumbs
- Seasoning to taste
- dash worchestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine and stir in flour slowly using low heat. Add 1 cup milk until mixture forms a ball away from the pan. Remove from fire and add egg yolk. Add crabmeat, season and mix well. Drop about 2-3 tablespoons crab mixture into bread crumbs and coat well. Shape like a chop. Place on a platter and refrigerate for a couple of hours to set. Fry in oil.
