Deluxe BLT with Swiss Cheese on Sourdough Bread

I add extra bacon and cheese which makes a bigger, better BLT. Using cooked bacon cuts down on time and mess!

Ingredients
- 2 slices Pepperidge Farm Sourdough bread, toasted
- 7 to 8 pieces Oscar Meyer fully cooked bacon, cut in half
- 1 medium slice baby swiss cheese
- 3 to 5 slices tomato, thinly sliced and salted
- 2 to 3 lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or more to taste

Step 1
Microwave the bacon on high until crisp and pat with paper towell to remove excess grease. Slice and salt the tomatoes. Toast the bread. Spread mayonnaise on both slices of bread. Add bacon to bottom slice and top with the cheese. Place lettuce on top slice and add tomatoes on top of lettuce. Carefully fold sandwich together and smash down a little bit. Cut diagonally with a knife and serve.
