Ingredients
- 1 1 1 cup sugar
- 2 2 2 eggs
- 1 1 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1 2 cup and 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 1 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. salt
- if you so desire, frost with cream cheese frosting. i use my basic cream cheese frosting and combine: cream cheese, vanilla extract, milk + powdered sugar. this cake is good with or without frosting!

since i already make our
all the time, i mixed
beat sugar + eggs with hand mixer until combined. then, beat in pumpkin and oil. at a low speed add the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. beat all of that together for 1 minute. pour this into a sprayed 8×8 square pan. bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
if you so desire, frost with cream cheese frosting. i use my basic cream cheese frosting and combine: cream cheese, vanilla extract, milk + powdered sugar. this cake is good with or without frosting!
