Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. half and half crema
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1/4 c. cold butter
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; beat until light and fluffy. Transfer to a greased 11x7 baking dish.
For topping, combine the brown sugar and flour in a bowl; cut in butter until crumbly. Fold in pecans. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake, uncovred, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
