Ingredients

  • 2 (14.5-oz.) cans low sodium beef broth
  • 10 ounces fresh or frozen beef ravioli
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 6 ounces fresh spinach
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, bring the broth to a boil; add ravioli and nutmeg; reduce heat to a slow boil and cook until ravioli is al dente, about 10 minutes. Just before serving, stir the spinach into the broth. Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with chopped chives.
