Ingredients
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well. Cover. Cook on Low 3-4 hours.
May add chopped ham, cooked bacon or dried beef.
