Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream

Step 1
Thaw potatoes, mix all ingredients together. Spray a 9x13 casserole generously with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
