Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1.2 tea. cumin
- 1.2 tea. pepper
- 1/4 tea. chili powder
- 1 3/4 cups refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies
- 2 Tbsp. salsa

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk egg, salt, cumin, pepper and chili powder. Stir in potatoes, onion, green chilies and salsa.
Bake in a preheated waffle iron coated with cooking spray until golden brown and potatoes are tender, about 8-12 minutes.
