Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. crushed red pepper
- 1 head Napa cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 (8 oz) package fresh snow peas, trimmed
- 1 (6 oz) package slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 (11 oz) package chunk white albacore tuna

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and next 6 ingredients until well combined.
In a large bowl, toss together cabbage and next 6 ingredients; gently stir in tuna. Add dressing, tossing gently to combine.
Serve immediately, or cover and re3frigerate for up to 2 days.
