Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tea. salt
  • 1/4 tea. crushed red pepper
  • 1 head Napa cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 (8 oz) package fresh snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 (6 oz) package slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 (11 oz) package chunk white albacore tuna

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and next 6 ingredients until well combined.

In a large bowl, toss together cabbage and next 6 ingredients; gently stir in tuna. Add dressing, tossing gently to combine.

Serve immediately, or cover and re3frigerate for up to 2 days.
