Ingredients
- 1 small green cabbage head cleaned, cored, and cut into slivers
- 1 large carrot trimmed, peeled, and grated
- 1 medium green bell pepper stemmed, seeded, and grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Place the cabbage, carrot and bell pepper in a large bowl.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together well. Pour over the cabbage mixture, stir, cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Allow the slaw to return to room temperature before serving.
