Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 poblano, seeded and chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. Mexican style shredded four cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon and crumble. Reserve 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Add chopped poblano and garlic; cook and stir 3 minutes.
Soften cream cheese and spread onto bottom of a 9" microwavable pie plat. Cover with half each of the bacon and chiles. Top with the shredded cheese and remaining bacon and peppers.
Microwave on medium (Power 5) 4-6 minutes or until shredded cheese is melted and dip is heated through.
