Ingredients
- (makes 5 cups)
- 1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Step 1
Combine the cream cheese, sugar and extracts in a large mixing bowl; mix on medium speed until smooth.
While still mixing, pour in heavy cream. Stop and scrape the bottom of the bowl a couple times and continue mixing until the icing can hold a stiff peak.
