Ingredients
- two 3 pound corned beef (brisket or round)
- 2 bottles of beer
- one whole garlic clove peeled
- 1/4 cup of whole pepper corns
- two bay leaves
- one of the seasoning packs
- water

Preparation
Step 1
add all ingredients to pot, adding enough water to cover roasts. Place lid on the pot and bring to a boil reduce heat to medium low for 4 hours. Check every hour to make sure there is enough water add more if necessary
