Ingredients
- Party-sized Chicken wings (not the big ones with the wings connected. Those would require longer cooking time)
- Desired sauce or seasoning.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450.
Spray a shallow baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle wings in package with salt and pepper.
Arrange wings on baking sheet, seasoned side down. Season unseasoned side with salt and pepper.
Bake for 25 minutes. Turn wings over and bake for an additional 18 minutes.
Toss wings immediately in sauce or seasoning and serve.
