Ingredients
- 6 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 fresh basil leaves, or 1/2 tsp. dry
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 cloves garlice, minced
- 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
- butter, melted, infused with garlic
- crusty buns

Preparation
Step 1
Combine tomato, salt, pepper, oil, minced garlic, parsley, oregano and basil and let sit in fridge to let flavors combine.
Melt butter with a clove of crushed garlic to flavor.
Cut buns in half and toast under broiler or on grill. Brush with melted butter and top with tomato mixture.
