Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cans (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen corn (about 7 oz)
  • 2 tea. chili powder
  • 1/2 tea. ground cumin

Step 1

In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles, drain.

Stir in beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce corn, chili powder an cumin. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5-10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
