Ingredients
- 1 Costco tilapia filet, halved
- 1 teaspoon olive or coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons homemade Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 green onion, shredded, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Step 1
Rinse and dry fish, cut in half and salt and pepper lightly.
Melt coconut oil in a small non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the fish, presentation side down. Cook for a couple of minutes, until golden, then flip.
Spread or brush a teaspoon or two of Teriyaki sauce on each half of the filet and continue to cook until done.
Remove from the heat, allow to rest for a minute or two, sprinkle each piece lightly with sesame seeds and scallions and serve.
I might like a piece of lemon or lime with mine and some sliced green onions or Thai/Korean Noodle sauce might be pretty, at least on mine.
