Ingredients
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tea. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tea. baking powder
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 8 tea. Reeses peanut butter spread or Hershey choc. spread

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" cast iron wedge pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, melted butter, egg and vanilla until smooth.
In another medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add egg mixture to flour mixture, stirring to combine. Divide batter evenly among wells in prepared pan. Place 1 tea. choc. or peanut butter spread in each well. Using the tip of a knife, swirl better.
Bake until golden brown and set, 15-18 minutes. Let cool in the pan.
