No Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients

• CRUST
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• FILLING
• 3 250gm cream cheese
• 3/4 cup icing sugar
• 3 boxes vanilla pudding mix (4 serving size)
• 3 cups milk
• 500 milliliters whipping cream
• TOPPING
• cherry pie filling, strawberries, raspberries or huckleberries

Preparation

Step 1

Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter. Line a 9 x 13 pan with the mixture.

Beat cream cheese until smooth, add icing sugar, beat until well blended.

Add pudding, milk and whipping cream.

Pour over crust and refrigerate.

Top with berries prior to serving.
