Ingredients

1 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup corn flake crumbs
1 1/3 cups vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in a small saucepan, remove from heat and stir in brown sugar and cinnamon.

Stir in cereal.

Form ice cream into balls and roll in coating. Cover and freeze.
