Strawberry Angel Food Cake

Great during strawberry season as it's so light and so quick! Buy an angel food cake or you can prepare a mix

Ingredients

• 1 angel food cake
• 1 (8oz.) pkg. Light cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup evaporated skimmed milk
• 2 pints strawberries, hulled & sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Use a serrated knife to slice the angel food cake horizontally into 3 equal layers.

Prepare the filling by creaming together the cream cheese, sugar and evaporated milk.

Top the bottom layer with the filling and strawberries. Repeat the layers. Refrigerate
