Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cherry or strawberry low-calorie Jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 8 packs artificial sweetener
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple
- 1/4 juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. ground cranberries
- 2 diced apples
- 1/2 c. pineapple, drained
- 1 stalk celery, diced

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve low-calorie Jello in 1 cup hot water. Add artificial sweetener, lemon juice, pineapple juice and 1/4 cup water, let set. Stir in ground cranberries, diced apples, pineapple and celery, pour into mold and put in refrigerator. 1/2 cup = 43 calories.
