Ingredients

  • • 2 tbsp natural cashew butter*
  • • 1 whole-grain tortilla
  • • 1/4 of a small apple, chopped
  • • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • • 1 tbsp whole-grain granola

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spread cashew butter on half of the tortilla.

2. Sprinkle chopped apple, blueberries and granola over cashew butter.

3. Fold in sides of the wrap, then roll it up.

*Natural almond or peanut butter can be substituted for cashew butter.
