Ingredients

  • 1

    cup long grain rice, uncooked

  • vegetable cooking spray

  • 1

    (10-½ oz.) can beef consommé, undiluted

  • 1

    (10-½ oz.) can onion soup in beef stock, undiluted

Directions

Place rice in a 1 quart casserole coated with cooking spray. Place consommé and soup over rice; stir well. Cover and bake at 350* for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
