Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) Muir Glen organic fire roasted crushed tomoatoes
  • 1 cup Progresso chicken broth
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup uncooked converted rice
  • 1 T ground oregano

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350
Pour tomatoes into ungreased 9 inch square (2 qtr.) glass baking dish. Stir in Broth
Place chicken chunks in dish. Add broccoli, rice and oregano, stir well to combine. If desired, season to taste with salt and pepper.
Bake 30 minutes.
