- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 (12 oz) bag Peppermint Pattie candy, unwrapped
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 (8 oz) bag mini Peppermint Pattie candy

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl mix together melted chocolate and oil. Add eggs and sugar, mixing until well combined. Add flour and salt, mixing until fully incorporated.
Pour ½ the batter into the prepared pan. Place unwrapped peppermint patties evenly spaced around the pan. Cover with remaining batter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until a tester comes out mainly clean.
Meanwhile, chop the mini Peppermint Pattie candy into ¼'s.
Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream together. Pour over brownies after they come out of the oven. Sprinkle the chopped candy over the ganache.
Let cool completely before serving.
