  • 1 4 ounce pimentos
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Combine vinegar,oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Boil and let cool.
Drain vegetables and mix.with marinade. Refrigerate over night
