Ingredients
- 2 pounds * STEW BEEF
- 1/2 gallon water
- 2 packages * MIXED VEGTABLES
- 1 * LG CAN tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 * MEDIUM CHOPPED onions
- 1 DICED celery stalk
- 1 * CAN TOMATOES
- 3 teaspoons butter
- 1 DICED carrot

Preparation
Step 1
CHOP STEW BEEF INTO SMALL PIECES AND BOIL WITH ONIONS FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR.
ADD TOMATO SAUCE,CELERY, AND CARROT. COOK ANOTHER HOUR.
ADD BUTTER AND VEGTABLES AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 2 HOURS.
