- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 * TST paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 * CAN STEWED TOMATOES
- 1 * BELL PEPPER
- 1 pound shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT FRYPAN TO 300 DEGREES. ADD BUTTER. MELT.
THEN ADD ONION, CELERY, GARLIC, AND MUSHROOMS. SAUTE UNTIL TENDER. STIRRING.
BLEND IN FLOUR AND SEASONING. ADD TOMATOES. COVER, CLOSE VENT, AND SIMMER ABOUT 10 MINUTES,
STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. ADD BELL PEPPER AND SHRIMP. COOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES AT 220 DEGREES.
SERVE OVER HOT RICE.
