Ingredients
- 3 each 3 each jalapeno peppers
- 1 each 1 each onion
- 1 each 1 each garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon CILANTRO (CHINESE PARSLEY)
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 No. 2 can tomatoes
- salt and pepper

Step 1
For a chunky-type salsa, finely chop onion, garlic, cilantro and jalapeno peppers.
You may want to remove the seeds from the jalapeno peppers before chopping them,
becauce the more seeds, the hotter the sauce! Mix together and add the tomatoes,
lime juice, salt and pepper.
Mix well until the tomatoes are partially liquefied but lumpy.
For a smoother salsa, put all the ingredients in a blender and blend the salsa
into a smooth consistenct.
Keep salsa in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before serving so all the ingredients
have a chance to mix well and complement each other.
