Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small jar Miracle Whip salad dressing (about 250 ml)
- 1 large bag frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 small brick old cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 small to medium onion
- Ritz crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Cook 3/4 bag of broccoli until tender. Drain and chop, using pastry blender, into small pieces. Add all ingredients, except crackers, and mix well. Spread mixture into casserole dish and sprinkle crushed crackers evenly over top. Bake at 375* for 1/2 hour. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
