Ingredients
- 8 T. Butter
- 1/2 C. Flour
- 1/2 t. Pepper
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 2 C. Hot Water
- 4 Chicken Bullion Cubes
- 2 C. Cooked Carrots
- 2 C. Frozen Peas or Beans
- 2 Potatoes, cooked & cubed
- 2 C. Milk
- 3 Chicken Breasts, Cooked & cubed
- 2 Pie Crusts

Preparation
Step 1
In water with chicken bullion cubes, boil carrots&potatoes until tender. Add frozen peas last. Cook Chicken.
Melt butter&stir in flour, salt and pepper. Set veggies aside and add flour mixture to bullion water and add milk. Stir over medium heat until thickened.
Combine sauce with chicken, peas&veggies
Pour mixture into 2 8” round cake pans lightly greased.
Put pie crust on top of each cake pan&flute the edges.
BAKE275 for 30 minutes til crust is golden brown.
