Ingredients
- 3 squares semi sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 9 inch Oreo cookie crust
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups milk
- 2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed and divided

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl according to package directions, being careful not to scorch. Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
Spread into bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle evenly with chopped pecans.
In a medium bowl, beat together dry pudding mix and milk for two minutes. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of the pudding mixture over pecans.
Stir half of Cool Whip into remaining pudding mixture. Spread evenly over pudding layer.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight). Serve with additional plain Cool Whip if desired.
