Ingredients
- 9 oz fully cooked Italian meatballs (can buy frozen)
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 14 oz can beef broth
- 14 1/2 oz can Italian style diced tomatos
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup uncooked small shell pasta
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine meatballs, veggies, broth, tomatos, water & pasta in saucepan. Salt & pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer 8 - 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Serve with cheese if desired.
