Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 2 oz butter
- 1 dessert spoon sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 egg
- Filling: 2 and half cups milk, 2 T butter, 2 eggs, 1 heaped T flour, 1 heaped T cornstarch, 3/4 cup sugar, pinch salt

Step 1
For crust: Mix butter, egg, sugar. Add flour, salt and b.p. Spread in pan and bake for 10 min at 450 degrees.
For filling: Mix butter, egg and sugar. Add flour, cornstarch and salt. Boil milk, then add mixture. Stir until cooled. Pour into shell sprinkle with cinamon.
