Spinach and Meat Ravioli

When my mother-in-law and Aunt Edith made them, they used hand food choppers and fresh spinach. I made them the easier way. You can also use and electric hand chopper but if you have a food processor, it will be faster and easier. Call me if you have any questions.

Spinach and Meat Ravioli 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 lb ground beef (or beef, veal and pork)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup macaroni cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spinach in microwave, cool and squeeze out water and place in food
processor. Brown ground meat and place in food processor. Add cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Process until all combined and roughly blended.
