Ingredients
- 6 red peppers
- 1/2 cp pitted kalmata olives, quartered
- 1/4 cp olive oil
- 2 tbsp. drained capers
- 6 fresh bail leaves, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Arrange peppers on foil covered cookie sheet. Broil peppers on high about 20 mins till skin is brown and blistered, turning occ. Place peppers in zip lock bag till cool.
Peel and seed then cut into 1/2" strips.
Toss peppers and remaining ingredients in bowl/cover and refrigerate.
