Ingredients
- Beer Bread
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey warmed slightly
- 12 ounces beer(amber or red ale)
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Asiago Cheese Dip
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 each mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped oil packed sun dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups grated asiago cheese, divided

Step 1
Beer Bread: Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour and sugar. Add honey and beer; mix thoroughly. Stir in cheese. Place dough in a loaf pan. Brush with melted butter. Bake for 1 hour, cool, then slice.
Cheese Dip: Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, tomatoes and green onions; cook until mushrooms are soft. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and one cup of asiago cheese. Stir in mushroom mixture until well combined. Transfer mixture to a small baking dish. Sprinke with remaining 1/2 cup Asiago cheese. Bake for 15 minutes, or until mixture is smooth and cheese topping has melted. Serve warm with beer bread.
