Quick Chicken Fajita Marinade

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 cloves garlic
• Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken breasts in glass baking dish. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and let chicken marinate for 30 minutes. Discard marinade and grill chicken.
Note: Could add 1 cup packed cilantro leaves and 1/2 jalapeno (seeded) to marinade but would need to mix marinade in blender until smooth.
